Strictly a HUGE success

The success of the Strictly Come Dancing night cannot just be measured in figures, but for those who are interested, the total amount raised for the event was £20,000, with £4,500 spent on various expenses leaving a profit for the night of £15,500. An amazing amount of money so credit to all those involved.

On the night itself, Brian Keenan & Sara Clerkin emerged victorious with a staggering 28.25 points out of 30.00, while Marc & Geraldine came in second with 27.00 points out of 30.00.  Luke & Janine snuck into third place with 26.50 ahead of both Conor & Paula and Tony & Claire on 26.25.

WINNERS: Brian Keenan and Sara Clerkin

RUNNERS UP: Marc McAvoy and Geraldine McAteer

THIRD PLACE: Luke Clerkin and Janine Branagan
